Please note the bracelet pictured is not the piece you will receive, these photos are of our "standard" which is kept on hand in order for us to make a new one for you, just like what is shown. We compare every item made to these standards in order to provide you with the most accurate representation we can. Due to the handmade nature of each piece, some slight variations may be noticed, however we aim to maintain consistency as much as possible. You will receive a quality, handmade piece - made to order each time, and uniquely yours!
All Turner Duncan Jewelry Designs sterling silver products are coated and polished with micro-crystalline wax which is acid neutral, water and alcohol resistant. Our products should provide long term, worry-free wear if proper care is taken. We recommend keeping your piece dry and free from any chemical or abrasive contact. As with any piece of sterling silver jewelry, occasional polishing may be desired with a polishing cloth to maintain beauty and luster.
Processing times and RUSH orders:
We currently have 10-15 business days wait time before your order will ship. We may be able to offer rush service, on a case-by-case basis. An additional charge for this service may apply; typically, 25% of order value. Please contact us before ordering to discuss your needs. We do our absolute best to maintain these processing times, but rarely there are circumstances and an order takes a day or two longer. If at any point you are concerned with delivery, please feel free to contact us – we will always do our best to get your order out quickly and on time!
Shipping - Domestic U.S. orders:
We use USPS First Class Package service as our standard shipping choice for all orders within the US. Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. First Class generally takes 2-5 business days. If you feel your order has been lost in shipping, please contact us immediately so we may help investigate.
Should you require rush service or prefer we use a different carrier, such as UPS or FedEx, simply send us a message before placing your order. With your approval of the rate, we will create a custom listing for you with the additional shipping charges and expedite fee.
International orders (outside U.S.):
We use U.S.P.S. First Class International Mail as our standard shipping choice for international orders. Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Details provided vary by destination. Shipping times vary greatly from country to country and take anywhere from a few days to several weeks to arrive. You will be responsible for any duties, tariffs, or taxes owed on your package. The customs declaration on your package will list the content descriptions with the values of the items being the purchase prices minus the shipping charge. We will only remake and resend an international shipment you suspect has been lost if it has been at least 8 weeks (2 months) from the original ship date.
